I do hereby give my/our free, voluntary and unconditional consent and solemnly declare, with full consciousness and seriousness and without any undue influence, coercion or pressure, as under:

मैं ये पूर्ण स्वतंत्र इच्छा से, स्वेच्छा से, बिना किसी प्रकार के दबाव, बल, प्रलोभन या अनुचित प्रभाव के, पूर्ण होश-हवास एवं गंभीरता के साथ, निम्नलिखित घोषणा करता हूँ:

1. That I/We are applying for Sub-Dealership / Dealership / Distributorship of Indira Gas for LPG with full consciousness and seriousness and without any undue influence or pressure.

यह कि मैं/हम इंदिरा गैस के एल.पी.जी. हेतु उप-वितरक / वितरक / डिस्ट्रिब्यूटर्शिप के लिए बिना किसी दबाव, प्रभाव या प्रलोभन के, पूर्ण होश-हवास एवं गंभीरता के साथ आवेदन कर रहे हैं।

2. That I/We have carefully read, understood and made myself/ourselves fully aware of each and every term and condition governing the Sub-Dealership / Dealership / Distributorship and the consequences arising therefrom.

यह कि मैंने/हमने उप-वितरक / वितरक / डिस्ट्रिब्यूटर्शिप से संबंधित समस्त नियमों एवं शर्तों को भली-भांति पढ़ लिया है तथा प्रत्येक शर्त एवं उसके परिणामों को पूर्ण रूप से समझ लिया है।

3. That I/We are well aware of the non-refundable License Fee and/or non-refundable Security Deposit, Distributorship Policy Document, Model Agreement and other applicable conditions.

यह कि मैं/हम नॉन-रिफंडेबल लाइसेंस फीस एवं सुरक्षा जमा राशि, डिस्ट्रिब्यूटर्शिप नीति दस्तावेज, मॉडल एग्रीमेंट एवं अन्य लागू शर्तों से पूर्ण रूप से अवगत हैं।
